Program name: Accel Electric SMS Alerts
Accel Electric LLC (“Accel Electric,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) offers a mobile messaging program to communicate with customers who explicitly opt in. By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Accel Electric LLC.
- Types of Messages
Depending on your selected preferences and the consent provided, you may receive:
Service & Transactional Alerts: Appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, estimate notifications, service reminders, project status updates, and customer support communications.
Marketing & Promotional Alerts: With separate consent, you may also receive promotional offers, seasonal specials, company announcements, and service promotions.
- Consent and Opt-In Mechanics
Customers can opt in through multiple legal methods, including checking an un-pre-checked box on our website contact forms, consenting during service scheduling, or completing electronic/paper agreements. Separate consent is obtained for service-related (transactional) text messages and, when offered, promotional (marketing) text messages.

- Opt-Out Keyword List (How to Cancel)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message, or contact us at support@ae-nv.com or (702) 218-8749. After you send the SMS message wishing to opt out, we will send you a one-time confirmation SMS message to verify that you have been successfully unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you choose to sign up again.

- Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers: available on all major U.S. carriers, including, but not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carrier availability may vary.
- Fees and Frequency
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you, according to your wireless carrier. Message frequency varies based on your direct interactions, project status, and requested electrical services.
- Strict Privacy Protections
Mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, and text messaging data are used solely to deliver the communications you requested. This data is strictly confidential. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
